IF Monkey D. Dragon were to have a Devil Fruit, I believe it would be similar to Whitebeards Devil Fruit. Whitebeards Devil Fruit is that earthquake thingy maging, that causes natural disaster. Dragons ability may be natural disasters from above, instead of below like Whitebeards Devil Fruit. His powers would probably be very similar or the same as that chick from X-Men who they call Storm, if you do not know who she is or what her ability is, it's ok you're on the internet, you can search it up.
