It's not the "His accounts been hacked" part that I consider a serious accusation. It's the fact you said a specific user "Rock Lee 92", you should never accuse someone of something like that unless you have proof. Breaking into a remote computer is a felony and accusations of such is taken very seriously (I know, I've been wrongly accused of it before).
