Why would we have more reasonable arguments? Kimmimaro is no closer to kaguya than any other character is. Just because his clan has the same name as her doesn't mean he has a strong connection to her. That's like saying the hogoromo clan is very close to hogoromo himself.

True, but it would've been a good twist in his character. A chapter could end like showing Kimimaro smiling in an akatsuki robe.

Didn't Orochimaru want his body before he felt ill? I think if Kimimaro was alive. Orochimaru would have taken control of his body. No matter which way you look at it he was planning to die eventually.

That's not enough, uchiha, senju, hyuga and many others share such traits why specifically kimmimaro? I can understand his connection to her but BZ, madara and her other direct descendants possess much greater connections. I don't see how having him want to revive kaguya being anymore reasonable than BZ wanting to revive her

I think it would be better if he took over Orochimaru instead of Sasuke then we might have had Akatsuki + Snakes or Kimimaro vs Sasuke

And Kimimaro's illness is the reason Orochimaru targeted Sasuke so he's not as weak as people think.

Nah I think Kaguya was the equivalent to Senju, they're Hyuuga's counterparts :/ He practically had her "body" which i think is more direct than having a "Senju" body. And his bone techs against Gaara were absurd considering his body was practically a corpse (he was keeping himself alive with his own will).. :|
