Ok I know that he's been getting new powers from itachis eyes but don't u think he should develop new fire technique since fire is stronger then wind so he can use it against Naruto

Well Naruto 9 tails can dodge Amaterasu and tsukoyomi won't work because of kuruma

Kirin only works because it is lightning, fire doesn't have the same properties so he would be able to dodge any sort of fire technique as it wouldn't move that fast.
