[Discussion] Don't you hate it when someone judges the anime you watch?

It makes me mad when people say that Naruto and Dragonball Z is bad. And they don't know anything about them. Parents mainly. It's annoying hearing other people saying stuff that does not make sense. It's weird.

Not really. A lot of people at my school loved DBZ as a kid, and some friends of mine watch Naruto. I've been in a class, where we've started a class discussion about DBZ.

I just hate the ppl who get the holier than thou attitude about a manga that they may be dickriding, like for instance. I heard this one member bashing kishimoto really hard and he was talking about how bleach is doing better than it ever has, and kishi should be more like the guy who does bleach. Bleach is super boring to me due to the fact that even the strongest of ppl just get fodderized off the page, and ichigo does all the work.

So true and I do. I just kept explaining it to them (some friends, parents) but not anymore. Parents got used to it and they really now understand (try with some very good quotes, for ex. I told my mother one of Itachi's quotes and she was impressed and when I told her where did I get it from she just couldn't believe, so she understands now) and I've found some friends who watch/read anime/manga as well, so it's cool now. xd
