Naruto and Sasuke will be fine, I'm sure that either Tsunade or Sakura(or both) will be able to rectify this problem with healing both of their arms, with a delay recovery which will lead to The Last.

Tsunade & Sakura cannot heal.
When Naruto got his right arm injured during fighting with Kakuzu, Tsunade told Kakashi & Yamato that not to let Naruto to use that jutsu.
Sakura also told Naruto that medical ninja cannot heal that type of injure.

Using zetsu method; not possible as they are just parasite and/or wood.
Zetsu did told Obito that he will no need to go toilet & eat....

Only Naruto using Hagoromo power is possible.
Naruto did that to Kakashi & Gai.
It will take time to heal, that is why the bandage was shown.
Kishi may tweet it so that Naruto hand is like Kurama hand/tail, that could be extended.
Naruto is almost like Nagato power, during the fight between Itachi/Nagato vs Naruto/Bee.
