And consecutive use of the s/t (not sure if possible) practically removes the said distance limit

For one , sasuke st doesnt require a jutsu marking so it would be less predictable than ftg in a limited range...

And consecutive use of the s/t (not sure if possible) practically removes the said distance limit

Limited range is a con for this technique. Sasuke hasn't displayed a consecutive use of S/T therefore we can make theories that he has to wait a little amount of time to use the S/T again.
