Did you notice that the representative of WOF- Naruto actually fighting against his best friend who is stronger than him since the beginning?

We can eventually say that Sasuke wining it already seeing that Naruto lost all of their childhood battles in which Sasuke spared his life every time.

Let's see some more competitions:
Hiruzen against Danzo- guess what, Hiruzen was always stronger.
Hashirama against Madara- HAshirama was actually superior from the beginning.
Kakashi against Obito- guess what who is going to live.
J-man against Orochimaru- same situation as Sasuke-Naruto, and we all know who is living now.
Tobirama against Izuna, perhaps the only exception when we does know who was actually the strongest but Kishi decided that he has no time for Izuna.

So don't have much hopes for the outcome.

Those competition you are putting are not much alike Naruto and Sasuke and none of them died due to clashing with their rivals(except Tobirama owning Izuna)...So what are you trying to prove with that??
I'll give you a simple reason why Naruto will win against Sasuke or he will willingly die with him:
Naruto grew up and matured so much,he accepted his past,his mistakes and let go of the hate he felt.He is fighting for a higher cause,to protect the ones he loves and to achieve peace.
Sasuke is still the arrogant brat he always was,he is full of hate,the only goal he had in his life turned out to be a pile of shit and the only meaning he ever gave in his existence came crushing down in front of his eyes.Itachi trolled him so bad that he is broken beyond repair.
Naruto fights for what he believes and holds dear to his heart.Sasuke is fighting because he seeks revenge for mistakes he and his brother made instead of accepting the truth.
That's why Naruto>Sasuke.
