Genin: 50 posts - 300 chakra/350
health - E + D Rank Jutsu's - 1 Basic
Element - Basic Ninjutsu... Is this means u unlock new t00ls for NB or it just for fun... I am new s0 please help me.

It's just the rank of jutsu you are eligible to use. When you get 50 post you can make a character biography and get into role play

If you reach 50 posts. You can make a bio. After it gets approved you will have 300 Chakra and 350 Health. You can use Jutsus with that Chakra unless you have training in that Jutsu. You can learn upto E and D-Rank Jutsus. You can also learn Basic Ninjutsu that is E-Ranks.
