He has demonic hell illusion genjutsu hwhich took down genin and chnin vllvl shinobies, it is on lvl of Kureni and itachi and they both is are get caught becous iruka genjutsu is no sharingan genjutsu

Iruka has good skills with bukijutsu and he is has good durability, he also know some seal barriers and they if used right can even stop itachi susano from moving becoius Iruka can appear from underground no one can sense him!

Iruka umino is skilled sihinobi who an use substitution jutsu!! its very op if used right and you see that only a few characters in manga can use substitution jutsu!!! no one are use it in shuppuuden so its iruka trump card and it dont take big chakra it take low chakra so he can spam it and be invincible!

He also has good inteligence and knowledges!!!

So me sayas that u no understimate him and me has to say that Iruka can beat 3T itachi with no MS!!
