The guy didn't even react. If that was North America he probably would have tried to knock her out (assuming they didn't stage it and get a shitty phone out on purpose to try and catch her). It's probably expected to happen where they live considering nobody reacted, but yeah, she shouldn't have the right to do that.

I remember seeing this a while back and it was confirmed to be a skit.
Not only that but someone is filming this....why would he be filming the guy as he's talking on the phone unless he knew something was going to happen?
Also the teacher did nothing to the guy with the camera.
