Although by no means the strongest ninja, he's pretty good without them. For instance, his wind style focused through kunai and shuriken, vacuum bullets and waves. His summons, who's suction increases his wind style. He also can paralyze most with a touch via curse mark. Danzo's actually pretty tough. That being said, much weaker than without modifications, and would be solod by base Naruto and Sasuke.

The man in your sig and avatar would be dead right now if it wasn't for his self modification of taking Senju DNA. Danzo is still the head of ROOT and he has good wind ninjutsu, curse seal touch(completely freezes opponents with a touch,) and a summon. His skill with wind ninjutsu is the best in the series. He can go through Susano with his wind.

No way. A touch on both of them and they are dead if this is base form. They will be not be able to move with the curse seal touch giving Danzo time to finish them. True their will can overpower the curse seal but it takes time for that to happen Danzo can kill them in the meantime.
