She didn't jump, the fire fighters managed to rescue her. She likely wouldn't have jumped, if someone wants to kill themselves, they just open the window and jump, this sort of thing is usually a cry for help or a cry for attention. But that guy, he has something wrong with him, he does not have a natural reaction to the situation, too much internet and games have likely ruined his ability to conceive reality properly, it is a growing issue and more in Asia than anywhere.
