Im sory but im new ehen people spar they say the other person hasnt studied thischakra nature or that. How do you learn jutsu and get a sensei on this.(sorry to bother.)

[Vision]

First you need a bio enabling you to RP.

After that there is a sensei table with senpai's listed in the training grounds that you can go to and ask for training. Once you start training you can learn up to the jutsu's that you have learned. If you havn't learned it you can not use it when battling.
