Did you try to post the thing straight from your documents file?

You must upload the signature first to a image uploading website, like

and then use the URL that will be provided to you.

Use the url provided to you and then put it inbetween

Notice Tinypic provides you with the IMG tags before hand, so it is not necessary to use them when putting the link into signature area.

What that other guy said, you can't put a file into the image box, you have to upload it into the internet, then enter the URL afterwards.
