He can, however, use any proportional water source within short-long range of him to produce said constructs. These can also be directed and propelled as projectiles towards targets. In both cases, the size and possible uses are limited only by the users will, chakra and skill. It also allows the user to cool down existing moisture in the high atmosphere to bring down a snow storm, similar to the original technique yet stronger and faster acting. Anyway, would stand before you, 10 meters away, covered in a swathe of clothes. His usual attire consisting of a bandaged Dao sword on his back, sarashi that would be wrapped abundantly - excessively even - around the entirety of his torso and arms, and a open jacket would be worn. But on top of it he would be wrapped in a full bodied dark cloak, topped with an unusually long bright red muffler that would rest around his neck. The Twin Goddesses would rest at his sides as they dangle at hip height, attached to a belt wrapped around his waist. On his left side an additional pack, filled to the brim with stuffed toys of all shapes and forms, would rest, hooked into his belt.
On his right, brushed up against body would lay his Ninken.
Oversoul toys: Wolf, Eagle, Rabbit, Bear, Gryphon and Jellyfish. But DW, I'll god mod some more later. :)

As such the Inuzuka, through a quick unsheathing and sheathing of his left Sword, would usher into existence cubs of raging fire.
Row upon row and isle upon isle of advancing cats would form just feet before he and his Ninken, and as they travelled they would tumble, assimilate, and merge into each other to form a vanguard of lions that would wash and sweep across the battlefield. Your ice block would be swept away by the feline wave and melted into oblivion, and you, you would be next.
Ling and Lycoan, bringing up the rear a safe distance behind the fire would watch to see your reaction.

'Water Bullet Technique') - of flame to the opponent, led by the almost tangible charging cats, which would be capable of delivering more than ample impact force thanks to their constitution, before allowing the streaming flames that comprise the majority of their mass to burn the opposition from existence. Likewise the user could also focus this technique to sizes equivalent to that of the tiniest of domestic kittens, in aims to produce pinpoint, smaller attacks so as to deal a precise offence. The felines aren't necessarily sentient, thus aside from their life-like moving bodies, they simply act as a projectile attack. Although, the user can choose to sustain control of the technique, manipulating the manner in which the flames move and attack, sometimes through the aid of hand-gestures, however doing so means that the user becomes limited to manipulating Fire Nature Chakra until they finally relinquish control. The sustained manipulation however, comes with the bonus of allowing the size of the flames to be changed, whether it be combining and shrinking the felines and flames so as to make the attack more concentrated, or allowing the felines to divide and grow so as to cover a larger area. Despite being given form, the felines can be made to charge along the ground or through air alike, though they will always be created short range from the user and move outwards towards the target.

As the Inuzaka and his pup are charging with eyes fixated on Inchato, the sudden change in the surface they are running would obviously catch them off guard, disrupting their charge and causing them to slide around/fall/whatever. Even as the ice is emerging however, narrow spikes erupt below them impaling them completely whilst holding them upright.

The distinguishable hiss of evaporating water and the snaking haze produced by the creation of steam; these were the unforgettable symptoms of a clash between water and fire, something that Ling was far too familiar with.

So in response to the first signs of their clash the Inuzuka would react by dragging his Ninken into his constitution, and then, all of a sudden, a massive and hulking figure would pierce through the steam, past the fading flames and over the gushing water towards you.
Your rising, or soon to be rising, spikes would be left in the wake of it's singular bound, a powerful, almost apocalyptic bound that would send it stretching through the air and set it to descend upon you with all of it's fury.
Presumably a Ninja of your caliber would be able to perceive the growing beast of a silhouette through the steam, and then, in but a mere moment, you would see it upon you with it's mighty right paw swiping down and to the left with it's entire body undergoing a clockwise twist as if this were the beginnings of some playful roll.
But this was no light matter, as the opening act for the roll was for this paw belonging to a being seven times your size to scratch across the earth and smear the grass with your crushed guts and blood.
All of which would occur under the watchful gaze of two bulging emerald green eyes.

Fenriru No Gimuzuke | Fenrir's Oblige

Description: A merging transformation technique that is simple in concept, yet immensely useful in application. The user through either direct, or secondary contact with their Ninken will merge into a single entity, or if at range through the formation of a single handseal. This merger essentially combines many of the previous transformative techniques demonstrated by Inuzuka's into one, more harmonious, far more efficient technique. When within this form the user is capable of seamlessly switching between the forms of a human and a ninken, with such an ability giving way to rather useful 'mid points' that stem from utilizing a mixture of human and ninken aesthetics and physiology; for instance a tail and canine ears, or a completely hairy body, from a form mimicking that of the 4 legged technique to forms that grant the user a more burly werewolf like body. There even exists more extreme forms where power is amped to the max, ultimately granting a larger more giant summoned sized forms similar to the '(Jinjū Konbi Henge: Sōtōrō ) - Human Beast Combination Transformation: Double-Headed Wolf' technique. Of course the ability to morph and shift between the basic and chakra enhanced physiology of man and beast allows for devastating versatility. Alongside the visible outer changes, other changes occur such as those within the users chakra, or senses. The users senses are always bolstered to an utmost extreme thanks to the aid of their Ninken, having a sense of smell that surpasses that of the Silver-Tip Grizzly's, capable of easily distinguishing concentrations of parts per hundred millions from tens of meters away, a sense of hearing rivalling that of owls, and equally notable sight which of course includes night vision. While the users chakra system, having been intersected and interwoven into their Ninkens, yet still remaining individual in its own right experiences a constant flush of their Ninkens chakra every few moments, the perpetual flux making the user resistant to C rank and below Genjutsu, while the initial merge frees the user from all genjutsu's due to the sudden introduction of foreign chakra (except MS/Doujutsu Level Genjutsu). The users reflexes also increase, leading to them being heavily relied on in place of reactions, not to say that the user is subconsciously reacting in an almost magical manner, but instead is based on a more a mind without a mind concept, with the tasks and skills that have been drilled into the user through both practice and prior battling experiencing surfacing for utmost efficiency and finesse. Due to the addition of the Ninken's physical, mental and chakra based influence, the users Inuzuka techniques gain a +10 damage bonus. There however remains to be a downside to the technique; as any damage the user receives is doubled, as not only is the physical recoil increased due to two entities being present within one body, and thus the damage affecting both, but, the mental and psychological damage denoting to injury is also increased two folds, due to two minds being affected by the same pain at the same point. It could even be argued that the mental pain is increased three or even four fold with the mental link working as more of a duplication rather than an addition. Due to this the gained resistance to genjutsu is invaluable, as the resistance not only works to dispel genjutsu of C rank and below after the most minor amounts of exposure, but it also lessens the impact on the users senses, therefore preventing higher ranked genjutsu from dominating via exploitation of the users increased mental sensitivity.

As Inchato catches sight of a massive sillhouette leaping towards him in the haze left by the clash of water and fire, he releases a burst of chakra from his feet, propelling himself backwards across the surface of the ice, stopping himself just as he once again created ten meters between himself and the beast. Inchato would be stopping just before the ice behind him ended.

(Hyouton: Kōri Kō Gihō)-Ice Release: Ice Propulsion Technique

Description: When standing on ice, the user forces chakra from their feet in a manner that pushes them across the slick surface of the ice at an extreme speed. This works in a similar way to when someone uses chakra to push himself away from the ground with greater force. The difference is that the user releases the chakra without jumping, and it will simple propel them horizontally across the surface of the ice, without moving them into the air. The user is able to travel across long distances at great speed using this technique, but it only works if the user is standing on ice.

As Inchato begins moving, he manipulates his chakra within the ice sheet present on the field where the beast is about to land to once again erupt in spikes. These spikes, however, are much larger than the ones from before, extending high into the air in addition to being quite wide. The spikes are positioned so that they will impale the beast through its chest. (continued usage of Ice Release: Chill Field) Whilst doing this, Inchato reaches into a pocket and withdraws several kunai with explosive tags attached which he almost lazily flicks at the beast's center just as it would be meeting with the spikes. The explosive tags are timed to detonate at the moment of theoretical impact.

As Inchato catches sight of a massive sillhouette leaping towards him in the haze left by the clash of water and fire, he releases a burst of chakra from his feet, propelling himself backwards across the surface of the ice, stopping himself just as he once again created ten meters between himself and the beast. Inchato would be stopping just before the ice behind him ended.

Description: When standing on ice, the user forces chakra from their feet in a manner that pushes them across the slick surface of the ice at an extreme speed. This works in a similar way to when someone uses chakra to push himself away from the ground with greater force. The difference is that the user releases the chakra without jumping, and it will simple propel them horizontally across the surface of the ice, without moving them into the air. The user is able to travel across long distances at great speed using this technique, but it only works if the user is standing on ice.

As Inchato begins moving, he manipulates his chakra within the ice sheet present on the field where the beast is about to land to once again erupt in spikes. These spikes, however, are much larger than the ones from before, extending high into the air in addition to being quite wide. The spikes are positioned so that they will impale the beast through its chest. (continued usage of Ice Release: Chill Field) Whilst doing this, Inchato reaches into a pocket and withdraws several kunai with explosive tags attached which he almost lazily flicks at the beast's center just as it would be meeting with the spikes. The explosive tags are timed to detonate at the moment of theoretical impact.
He caught the ground morphing in his peripheral vision, observed as the kunai sailed towards him and his eyes burned a furious viridian as he watched his prey glide away from him. In a fit of rage he would materialise flames that would blazon themselves around his body, and then, all of a sudden, the coating would erupt.

Your kunai would be blown to bits and the rising ice would shatter dramatically. The destruction of the ice spikes would even flow out onto the ground beneath, as your ice sheet is forced to depress into the earth, with even the earth beneath indenting as the ice above is pressed, splintered and melted from existence. The destruction however would not be isolated, as the force would echo to create tumultuous cracks that would spread outwards so as to unbalance and compromise the ice sheet in it's entirety.

Description: Through the rapid release of chakra, the user is capable of coating an object or weapon within their possession in a flow of pure fire chakra. Alternatively, through the formation of a single handseal, the chakra can be spewed towards a desired object - in which case it will neatly wrap around the intended target upon contact. The fire chakra can be created with two distinct properties.
The first is that the chakra can be made to radiate intense heat - all focused outwards so as to not compromise the integrity of the coated structure - with the heat allowing the structure in question to burn and melt through the opposition - adding to lethality. This usage adds +20 damage points to coated projectiles, constructs or weapons, and can be used on solids, and liquids.
The second usage is that, the chakra can be utilised to grant the explosive aspect utilised in some fire techniques to an object. In which case, the fire coating will have more physical substance; and upon contacting with opposition of significant resistance, or upon command, the chakra surrounding said object will erupt outwards to produce a forceful and sudden burst of flames. When utilised on a weapon that the user remains in contact with, the bursts can be adjusted so that the explosive potential is either released all at once in a single, larger and stronger burst - or a bit at a time in the form of multiple, individually weaker eruptions. In the case of being utilised on a object near or within the users possession, the eruptions will always be angled away from the user to prevent back-fire. This usage coats objects in eruptive chakra that is equivalent to 60 damage points, with damage split among multiple coated structures or explosions.

- Both usages can also be applied to the human body.
- This technique is based off of the principles of Phoenix Nail Crimson - in which shurikens are coated in non-inflamed chakra to increase their lethality by manifesting the properties of fire.

And the still in motion Inuzuka would, as he lands and all four of his paws plant themselves on the ground simultaneously, press on again on as it initiates it's second bound, this time empowered by a wild wind. The Inuzuka would burst out of the sight obstructing fallout from the explosion and halt his movement just before you; with the entire force of his travel being translated into a single headbutt that would have it's gigantic skull press against your body, shatter your bones, and send you flying backwards and into the air.

Description: During movement of the user. The user will release a burst of exploding wind towards the bottom of their feet to move at the speed of sound. It will appear to the opponent as the user had teleported, however this is not the case. Any dojutsu users as well as sound and sensory ninja's would be able to follow the movements however they would lose the movements towards the end as the user would be moving too fast.

Note: User has to be moving to use this jutsu.
Note: Can be used two times per battle.
Note: Can't use to move in the air or fly around
Note: Can use it to change direction, but will count towards the users 3 moves per turn

Observing the big puppy releasing fire whilst skating backward, Inchato feels the ground shaking and he pushes off the ice, ending the Propulsion jutsu whilst making a hand seal. Description: The user will make a dome of 21 ice mirrors surround the opponent. Twelve are at ground level, eight are above the first twelve and placed at an angle so that they face slightly downward, and the last one is place directly at the top and center of the dome, facing directly down to the ground. The user can move at extremely high speeds that only the Sharingan can keep up with and manage to dodge while in this dome. The user can freely leap in and out of the mirrors as they wish and move to the other mirrors if one is destroyed, but the jutsu requires so much chakra to maintain that the users movements become progressively slower the longer they hold it (after three turns have passed a normal ninja can keep up with it for the most part) and they cannot perform jutsu while using this. When the jutsu is first starting, though, the user can move so quickly that it looks as though they are in, and attacking from, all 21 mirrors simultaneously. This jutsu was very resistant to fire jutsu, and can only be melted by fire of its own rank or greater, and cannot be destroyed by wind or water alone (both would basically empower it) unless it is of forbidden rank. A single ice mirror (or any number less than the complete set of mirrors) can also be created that the user can use as a shield and go in and out of it through both sides.

In the next instant, Inchato draws a blade with a wire attached, and using the absurd speed of the Ice Mirrors, jumps from one mirror to another whilst the wolf would be about to be/performing it's super wind speed dash. While the speed of the dash it formidable, Inchato would see him travelling at a much slower speed relative to his own, as this is one of the abilities granted by the mirror. As Inchato jumps from mirror to mirror he slashes the wolf man dog with his blade/wire, cutting him to bits within what would seem like an instant to the wolf man puppy.

So, in his fit of rage flames would be sent to pulsate outwards from the his now shrinking body. Needless to say the production of fire would replace his previously planned bound. Instead his rapidly morphing body would adopt a more human-esque form so that he may perform three hand seals and send out branches of lightning to parade around the fire.
The released flames would prevent your action as they enshroud Ling. And as they form into multiple concentric rings they would be further backed up by the crackling lightning. After which they would rampage outwards into a spinning, seemingly impregnable sphere that would demolish your mirrors. At the centre of the mayhem the Inuzuka would stand - untouchable and unwavering - his eyes a cold blaze.

(Weakness of Water is removed by my Swords, which, I believe, should make it Fire > Ice no? After all, according to NB, Ice = Fire because it melts into Water which is > Fire, so if Fire = Water then Fire > Ice, nein?)

The rings orbit the user at all angles, acting as a spherical defense. However the user quickly releases their raiton chakra outwards from their body, while performing two brisk handseals. The chakra creating dozens of threads comprised of lightning that branch outwards, coiling around the already rampant flames. The user then sends the flames forwards, the former rings breaking into large crescents which can be sent racing towards the opponent. The fire and lightning combo both incinerates and slices through anything within its path; carving a blazing path of destruction through the land. Alternatively the user can perform a single handseal, thus instead of sending the attack in a single direction, the user is cable of making the attack expand outwards up to mid range. As it does so the rings begin to spin faster and faster, to the point that the rings seemingly form a visually impregnable sphere.

Notes:
~ Can only be used once.
Note: Can only be taught by Erzo

Okay so I edited it, and this is still like super awkward. ~_~ Would have worked so much better had you just continued and interrupted me, but what ever.

It was amusing, really, how fast his opponent had been pushed to use such a pussified element. Lightning? Even if it was mixed with fire, Inchato could hardly imagine a more pansy-ish response to his own offensive. What would the Inuzaka throw at him next? Swamp of the Underworld? He would hardly be surprised.

As Inchato merges with his mirrors and experiences the effect of having everything seemingly slow down around him, he notices that a 'bubble' of fire and lightning is forming around his opponent. Knowing that he won't be able to penetrate it to attack him, he changes tactics. Even as the bubble expands outwards, Inchato leaps backward from the mirror he started in, pushing himself further at an enormous speed away from the bubble and then immediately causing all of the mirrors to explode inward. Though great in power, the explosion is easily overwhelmed and dispersed by the fire/lightning bubble. Inchato, meanwhile, was able to easily exit the range of the fire/lightning without ever coming close to being hit by it. He would have landed in an instant at a long range away from the Inuzaka, from the direction his first mirror had been created.

The user does the Bird → Dog → Snake → Rat hand seals after his opponent is mid air, using the water pool to shoot up to 8 small water bullets, designed to further raise the opponent into the air, disorient him and damage him. The water bullets gather above the opponent after hitting and passing through his position and form into a water dragon which then attacks the target, grabbing it in its jaws and forcefully bringing it crashing into the ground. The dragon comes down from above the target, bites the target and coils down, towards the ground, crushing the target between the ground and the now incredible mass of falling water. Tobirama Senju does this technique with his own specific hand seals, similar to how he does some other water techniques. Despite long and seemingly complex, the technique is quite fast to perform and trigger.
On your last known position, performing the jutsu just as it says, knocking you into the air, shooting water bullets, and then a dragon slams you into the ground. Given that you're in a sphere of fire that you can't see through, you have no idea where I'm at nor any idea where this jutsu is coming from. The continued 'aiming' of the water is done based on where I believe you'd be located according to my experience with this technique and physics.

This is suuupppeerrrr Awkward, for multiple reasons, but I'll try to salvage the situation, and I will do so through use of a one sentence reply!

As water forms beneath him and starts to press him into the air, the orb of flame and lightning would fade from existence as he angles his head towards the ground and begins to spew a variety of earthly materials that will slam down onto the earth, disperse the water, and form a slab of earth that is safe for him to stand upon.

After staring Ling down for a solid month, Inchato finally decides to act. He dashed forward into a mid-range whilst slipping his hand into his pocket. It was time to finally get serious, he had decided. Just as he stepped into a mid-range, he slipped his ring onto a finger.

The ring of the frost giant king of the north. Its made of a special metal that can channel Water, Wind and Ice chakra. Wielding the ring gives the user greater power for his Water, Wind and Ice jutsu and gives him the unique ability to materialize a weapon made of either one of these elements in the hand the ring is. For example, the user can materialize a hammer, a sword, a whip, a glove, a bow, etc. User must choose which weapon is materialized, and only one weapon may be used per turn.
Abilities:
+5 damage to Wind and Water
+10 damage to Ice
The elemental weapons that can be created are equal to S-Rank elemental jutsu
Restrictions:
Creating the weapons counts as a turn
Weapons maintain themselves until destroyed or released

Pinching a finger and his thumb together, Inchato materialized a needle of brilliant ice, which immediately begins to grow directly towards Ling at a very high speed. Even as the needle grows, Inchato lashes his arm forward, throwing the needle at a great speed. As a result of the needle being thrown and growing, it would be between Ling's eyes in an instant.

Description: The user touches his index finger to his thumb and focuses their ice chakra between them, and creates a needle made of ice. The user then focuses a great surge of ice chakra into the needle, and manipulates the shape of the needle to rapidly elongate in a straight direction at a high speed. The tip of the needle is extremely pointy and sharp, thus allowing it to pierce skin/objects quite easily. Because it is a needle and is very thin, if the needle were to be pointed at someone since it was created, it would be very difficult to see;however, if it is slightly dark outside, this needle will be impossible to see. However, if a target possesses a doujutsu, they will be able to see the needle quite easily whether it be night or day. Because the needle is very thin and made out of ice, it is very brittle. As a result of this, it is weaker when attacked from the side, and thus, when an object of B-Rank or above that has shattering capabilities (IE taijutsu, earth jutsu, anything that can shatter ice, really) hits it from the side, although this does not hold true if the object hits the needle head on.

Whilst doing this, Inchato continued charging towards Ling, closing the distance only moments after the needle would have theoretically made contact.
