Hm without text it seems pretty empty so I'd go with the one with text.
Also there's white on the render at the top of his head so try and blend that in.
Otherwise I don't see much flaws. o_o

 

[Alternative]

It's more like a box, rather than a tag.

But it's really nice. Only thing I would suggest is making your lightning go with the render you've chosen instead of randomly. The natural lighting would suggest putting your light on the right side, since the left side of the render is really dark. Putting your own splotches of light underneath the dark parts just looks a little weird if you ask me.
