How can Sanji win when he never showed Black Armament? Were not you the guy who said people who don't have black armament can't defeat people who have it?
Currently it could go either way between him and Zoro but we didn't see post-timeskip Asura yet and i believe that hiding power will ultimately give Zoro the edge

Not mid difficulty. He has speed and CoO on his side. If you match them up, they're almost equal in strength. However, Sanji can "cheat" by remaining airborne and hurling flames or Flying kicks at Sai. Sai can't do anything in response to this except dodge until he can't dodge no more.
