Its either dominant on the outside, submissive in the inside (of 4 walls or when alone with someone else) or the other way around, but never 100% dominant or submissive. I'm weird, i know >_>

Definitely the dominant one in relationships. I could never go submissive, nor would I ever want to. I am a male, men have much more testosterone than women and therefore physiologically are to want to be more dominant. This question is going to depend on what culture you are from however and in that case both can be wrong.
