Looks: Dokuga has black, dropping spiky hair. Around his eyes are black crosses, one of many marks that are used by shinobis who relate to Sunagakure, such as Kankuro. He wears a white hoodie and a light brown outfit which has a similar design to Sunagakure shinobi uniforms. His hood also doubles as his mask, which is a moth.
Personality: Dokuga avoids showing his clear intentions. Sometimes he might appear apathetic and even cold, but he is kind, gentle, and empathetic with those who believe him to be a friend or ally. He is quite good at forming cult-like ideologies among his fellow villagers to keep them high-spirited. As for duels, conflicts or even battles, Dokuga seem to use the surrender tactic in certain circumstances. When he finds himself weaker than his opponent, he doesn't fight for honor’s sake. He choose to surrender instead, which gives him time to recover, time to torment and irritate his "conqueror", time to wait for their power to wane. Dokuga wouldn't give them the satisfaction of fighting and defeating him. Strangely, it is something he himself finds satifaction in.
As most of his other clan members, Dokuga also possesses a certain desire, or, obsession. His greatest desire, is to research, test and find the result of unorthodox, unexpected or controversial things. This could vary from developing strange jutsu, place his 'comrades' in unusual situations as if being lab rats or even allow a coup within his own village to take place while just spectating the whole event. Like a flying hawk who's looking for trouble to watch from afar. Of course, he avoids making it obvious that he partially of fully took part in causing certain situations or that he desires it to happen.

Background Info
History:
Not much is known of Dokuga's past when he resided within the Bloody Mist. Though it was there where he got most of his knowledge about ninjutsu, taijutsu and genjutsu aswell as in few other places. As for rain release, it was something he had to visit the rain village in order to acquire knowledge of, which he did. He then left for Sunagakure, which is the village he still resides in.
It was while a coup took place within Sunagakure that Dokuga realized how enjoyable he found those kind of events. To see how a village changes, their improvements, mistakes and regrets. Though important to note that Dokuga himself did not actively take part in the coup, he didn't do so in order to maintain the good reputation he already had with the villagers. He always had a say in most village decision even without any official position. Positions are things that weren't guaranteed forever so it did not interest Dokuga. After the Suna coup, Dokuga sought after similar events within the ninja world to quench his desire and curiosity towards the outcome of peaceful or violent change. His village of birth seemed to be the next on the list. Another coup was ongoing there aswell. Who won or lost didn't matter, Dokuga simply thrived for the outcome, a piece of information he would collect and store in mind to satisfy his own greed.
When in Kirigakure once more, he got to know more about the Ganmi clan, which he was part of, from the current clan superior, Alice. This also brought back memories of his childhood in the Hidden Mist Village and the horror stories of the female Candymaker they used to tell children so they would not eat sweets. But anyway, new knowledge, a new unorthodox way of making illusionary techniques was a good thing to feed Dokuga's desire. And as if that wasn't enough, he also sought knowledge from Reborn in hopes to further improve his genjutsu potential by being able to forcefully place members of the famous Nekura clan in illusions, whether their bodies liked it or not. Dokuga had researched those Bijuu worshipers for many years and still couldn't quite put his finger on how to place them in illusions regardless of their foreign chakra repellent bodies. He wants to find a flaw that can allow this to happen as he is not quite fond of optical illusions as of yet. Whether such flaw actually exists was yet to be discovered by Dokuga.

Ganmi Clan - Bud: Lowest rank among the clan. They possess the clan's inherited ability of Taste Sensory, allowing them to pinpoint tastes and their sources with great accuracy within a radius of 50 meters. They are able to distinguish between different people and animals, and a huge variety of different molecules and elements. The men are referred to as Buds and variants, and the female are referred to as 'Sils or Tonsils. The same connotation are used to refer to people outside the clan, as a mocking/familiar name. They don't have access to the Clan's techniques.
Equipment/Ninja Tools: Dokuga carries a katana on his left hip at all times. Strapped on his back is a Giant War Fan similar in shape to the one used by Madara. He also carries several small-sized scrolls and a ninja pouch containing basic ninja tools (kunais, mini-shurikens, flash bombs, explosive tags, smoke bombs, wire strings, etc).
Summons: Dokuga bears a shark tattoo on his right palm and a roadrunner tattoo on his left palm both usable to summon a variety of sharks or roadrunners to aid him in battle by swiping his blood across one of them. He always wears a
Scrolls: Dokuga carries several topography scrolls, both blank and ready-made. His prepared scrolls consist of three designs. The 1st causes a large maze with thirty meter tall walls to be created. A unique feature about the maze is the spikes protruding from the top of each wall, preventing anyone from mounting themselves on the wall. The 2nd design causes the entire terrain to be turned into nothing but 10 meter tall pillars across long range. The 3rd scroll has a prepared design of tall walls which curve at the top, forming a massive dome which encases everything inside. The diameter of the dome is expansive and once completely formed, its pitch-black inside making it impossible to see anything at all. All of these topography scrolls are used for "Earth Release: Wheel of Fortune" and the ready-made scrolls are carried in separate pockets. He has many other scrolls to perform specific ninjutsu/elemental techniques.
