Dokkōdō

Dokkōdō, or The Alone Way, is a Mode based around the usage of Senjutsu alongside Kenjutsu, blending Natural Energy into strikes capable of causing petrification to targets after being struck as well. Similar to Sage Mode users, Dokkōdō learners train rigorously to learn how to gather and use natural energy with their swords and Kenjutsu but unlike Sage Mode, this ability is only able to be used alongside Kenjutsu. Due to this, users advance their skills in such a way that they become capable of using it just as well as Sage Mode Masters. A unique ability exclusive to Dokkōdō is the ability to apply this petrification effect to jutsu as well as opponents, allowing them to essentially corrode and shatter techniques.

- When direct contact with opponents is made while in Dokkōdō, sword strikes cause petrification to targets after 3 turns, turning them into stone afterward
- Corrosive effect when Kenjutsu meets enemy attacks, allowing them to be shattered and dispersed if overpowered
- Unlike Sage Mode, Dokkōdō doesn't grant a separate pool of chakra, instead only augmenting Kenjutsu used by the user for a flat usage limit
- Samurai and Ronin are capable of using this ability alongside other Modes, gaining it passively.However, they can not gain any speed nor damage increases associated with this unless it is their Mode.

- Requires at least Genin Rank and 6000 Kumi
- Counts as a Mode
