1. the 3 Dojutsu's:
A. Sharingan (see #3)- is a dōjutsu kekkei genkai, which appears in some members of the Uchiha clan. It is one of the Three Great Dōjutsu along with the Byakugan and the Rinnegan. The Sharingan is also called "Heaven's Eye"
B. Rinnegan (see #4)- is reputed as the most exalted eyes amongst the Three Great Dōjutsu. It is characterised by its ripple-like pattern which spreads over the eyeballs, with light purple irides and sclerae.
C. Byakugan (see #2)- is the dōjutsu kekkei genkai of the Hyūga clan.
there are multiple sayings through-out the manga that includes the Sharingan was Derived from the Hyuuga Clan. the Rinnegan is just a mutation. i believe all this is true and following below will show what i mean. each number below has its points about each Dojutsu and the sage and his sons.

A. Byakugan:"The Byakugan is said to have the greatest vision and insights amongst all dōjutsu." i believe this is to be true. Why? the Sage of 6th paths (which will be brought up later in #4 along with the Rinnegan) But the Eyes of the Byakugan are whitish/purple, they are the purest of Eyes in my opinion. They have a field of vision 360 degrees, with a slight weak spot. Which Refers me to Monks/Priests. Monks/Priests who Meditate. In a form of meditation using visualization, such as Chinese Qigong, the practitioner concentrates on flows of energy (Qi) in the body, starting in the abdomen and then circulating through the body, until dispersed.
Interesting isn't it? i think so. why is this Important?
B. Hyuga Clan:
Those who inherit the blood of this clan have almost featureless, white eyes. When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge. It also appears that unlike the other two great dōjutsu, all members of the clan possess, and can use the kekkei genkai from birth, as opposed to needing to awaken or else, not inheriting it at all. (causing this to be Non mutated and possibly making the Sharingan the Derived form)
Hyuga is one of the four noble clans of Konohagakure. All members born into this clan possess the Byakugan, a kekkei genkai that gives them extended fields of vision and the ability to see through solid objects and even the chakra circulatory system, amongst other things, and expel chakra from any of the tenketsu in their body. much is also not known of the Hyuga clan since they are secret within their clan.

Note* I wanted to created a better thread then my last one. better understanding and with more information and this will be very long. and some big pictures.

To me it seems that the Sage who was a monk who meditated Gained the Dojutsu the Byakugan before facing the Juubi.

The Sharingan's abilities consist of two parts: the "Eye of Insight" (Byakugan is the eye of Insight) and the "Eye of Hypnotism" it's been said that the Sharingan has been Derived from the Byakugan. i believe the statement to be true. Hyuuga's are more of a peaceful and noble clan they barely took part in the wars. The first of the Sharingan's powers is being able to see chakra flow. The Sharingan itself gives colour to chakra, allowing the wielder to differentiate them. The Sharingan's second-most prominent ability grants the user an incredible clarity of perception, allowing them to easily recognise genjutsu and different forms of chakra, though not to the same extent as the Byakugan. The Sharingan's third and most well-known ability is that it grants the user the ability to copy almost any technique that he or she witnesses, apart from other kekkei genkai techniques. The Sharingan's final commonly-used ability is capable of inducing a unique brand of hypnosis that involves suggesting actions and thoughts to the opponent through genjutsu cast by simple eye contact between both parties. The Sharingan's power, because of its ties to the Curse of Hatred, is both a blessing and a curse. (which i believe the Curse of Hatred came from the Juubi. The Juubi hated Humans for the ongoing war which the sage had apparently stopped) The Sharingan needs to be activated by the user when they are faced with a difficult circumstance or placed under emotional stress. which starts the Curse of hatred that fell upon them by the Juubi.

my thoughts:
what i believe is that the Uchiha is the Anger and the Curse of that of the Hyuuga Clan. Uchiha are Agressive where Hyuga's are peaceful. They Both Apparently come from the Dojutsu side of the older Son from the Sage. 1 with the Curse of Hatred and wanting war while the other with strive for Peace. making these 2 clans distantly related like the uzumaki and the senju. like this picture

4. Sage of 6 paths:
Origins/sealing the juubi/sons - I believe what Sir Derp Obito said is true about the Uzumaki being the sage. i don't want to go into much on Obito's theory. all i do want to say is i believe he is correct. Why? Members of this clan were very knowledgeable in the art of fūinjutsu, and were both respected, and feared worldwide because of their prodigious skill. What does that have to do with anything? Their longevity can be seen in part through Mito, who lived from long before the founding of Konoha, to well into the term of the Third Hokage's reign. They live long Lives. All of Kurama's jinchūriki have been members of the Uzumaki clan. (the Strongest of the 9 tailed beasts) he must have had a strong body to hold the ten tails at bay. leading to these 2 pictures here.
whats different about these photos? 1. there is no mother, 2. the sharingan/hyuuga hold 2 of 3 dojutsu's 3. the Senju and uzumaki's are distanty related through the sage. how?

5. Senju and Uzumaki
the picture above with uzumaki's branching off seems totally Correct. (Inbreeding, throughout their clan causing red hair) the Senju do not Inbreed.(as seen with the haircolors). my Idea here is the Uzumaki's were already living at the time as Monks/Priests of the NV. soon as the Sage of 6 paths sealed the juubi and had created his sons through birth or creation of all things. Senju inherited the Body of the Juubi from within the sage and gained the Monks/Priests Peaceful ways. (this is also why they are called Blood Relatives) through the sage they are by blood and distantly throughout the generations.
what i find interesting is Senju also has the body and life of Longevity because of the sage himself. it makes plenty of sense. the few times we have seen Hashirama/tobirama (despite how long they lived and died) they still look young as hell. Madara who gained the Senju DNA in the hashi/madara fight still looks as young as he did in the fight despite what he looked like when he met Obito.

6. Uchiha and the Hyuuga
This being the hardest Case to prove to alot of people besides the Eyes being related to each other.
what i believe here is the Uchihas are the Hatred Dojutsu which gained from the Juubi.
the redness, the tomoes which then formed the Sharingan through birth. why didn't the sage earn the tomoes and the redness into the Rinnegan? (this will be in the final post in #7)
The rinnegan is pure whitish/purple which looks similar like this.
now to the point of the Uchihas and the Hyugas.

now this may seem crazy to everyone.
What i believe the Order to be in the eyes from the sage with a theory/story. the Sage being a Monk/Priest who traveled the world speaking about peace to end the war ended up gaining a Dojutsu through meditation. this Dojutsu would be called the Byakugan. this would allow the sage to discover chakra and learn ninjutsu who then would teach others. Why? in order to learn, you must see. the Byakugan allowes a 360 degree vision which in this case is like a 3rd eye through meditation through the mind. (does it sorta make sense?)
Example Gaara. his Eye technique which he sets above him in the chunin exams to spy. it can be used as a 3rd a eye. Gaara has no relevance to the dojutsu's though.
