dogs or cats

i have a german shepherd who is 18months old and i love him hes very loyal and very well behaved but is very jealous of my gf he growls and barks if we hug.

i also have a savannah cat who is 3 years old shes not as loyal as my dog, when i come home my dog is excited he jumps and runs and barks while my savannah cat runs to me then her bowl but she does not get jealous.

i dont know what do you guys think cats or dogs?
