I'm not sure if you're being even remotely serious with this, or not.

Basically - if you keep a weapon around without knowing what state it is in (and confirming it after it has left your posession) ... then you deserve to be shot with it.

If anyone is ever surprised by the fact that their firearm is loaded, the only thing wrong is that they are still alive enough to be surprised.
