After the dogs disappeared once more and hearing his next lesson, Kakashi then prepares to summon them again except this time he will try something out that he hasn't tried out in a while. Having already marked the clone with his blood, Kakashi then takes out a scroll and bends on one knee. He bites his thumb and smears it on the scroll. As he gathers his chakra, he performs eight handseals that were taught to him. He then slams his hand on the ground, releasing the chakra through the ground. The chakra was enough to summon all of the dogs that rise up from the ground and bite the target, immobilizing him and injuring him in the process. Taking advantage of his immobility, Kakashi then walks up to the clone and takes out his sword. He channels lightning chakra to the sword, increasing its cutting power. He then stabs the clone in the stomach causing it to poof. He then sends Pakkun to run to his teacher and inform him that he finished. As the clone jumps up into the air, Kakashi signals the dogs to jump into the air as well. As they reach the clone, the dogs form what looks like a crane's wing, four on each side. Once with in range, they bite the target and bring him crashing down. Now subdued, they await Kakashi's next directives.

*On wiki it says its 6 specific hounds but I guess it was made so you can choose them all.

The next one is cool but not easy to pull off as you need to mark your opponent with your blood either by allowing him to cut you with his sword so that your blood is with him or by taging him with something that contains your blood. Then after this, you bring out a scroll and smear your blood upon it, after which you will slam it on the ground and summon all eight dogs underground. once summoned, they'll track your blood and emerge from below to grab the opponent with their fangs, pinning him down and impaling him.

This is plainly what kakashi used on Zabuza.
