how does he let loose any of that with CoO predicting his moves/CoA protection/strings cutting animal path/asura path up/his very body getting manipulated/mere twitch of dofla's finger cutting off his arms?

We have no idea what Doflamingo can do, most assume hes quite stronger than Luffy and imo Luffy with his g2 speed could 1punch the worn out sick Nagato

Theres also the fact that Doflamingo can control nagatos hands ie no seals, Nagato has superior abilities in power from what we have seen so far from Doffy, though we havent seen practically anything from him really and a simple overheat was extremely powerful, shinra tensei might do a lot of damage to most ppl but I think doflamingos armament haki can easily take it

We really need to see moref rom doflamingo, though I think that with observation Haki and his strings he could kill the main nagato before nagato gets him

what? we have seen plenty from doflamingo. we know he has utterly annhilated such fighters as smoker, sanji and law putting him AT LEAST close to admiral calibre, and was able to slice off oars' leg. no small feat right there.
to know how ridiculous dofla is, look at what sanji is capable of feats wise and then add that to doflamingo. also controlling an entire army is no small feat
