Yeah, Kuzan encased him in ice, but WB had vibrations passively activated around his body, which shattered the ice.

Kuzan mid-diff, maybe the very bottom of high diff. Jozu seemed to be stalling Kuzan quite well, and Doflamingo has two points over Jozu right now, so it's not gonna be a cakewalk for Kuzan. Doffy is tenacious, and has a versatile skillset, but I can see Kuzan putting him down.

You know I forgot how Jozu held his own against him. Maybe it would be hi-mid diff.
