Overheat spanned over several kilometers in about 2 seconds, he's shown better speed feats than Enel, who was unable to dodge Luffy's hits on the Maxim, and Doflamingo is currently outpacing a version of Luffy that is immensely stronger.

Nah. Enel couldn't dodge pre-Gear, pre-skip Luffy running from a couple meters away, he ended up panicking because he wanted to dodge but couldn't. Doflamingo's Overheat far exceeds that speed, so Enel isn't dodging.

Nope. Luffy's pre-gears hits were enough to knock Enel's power down so much his speed and strength dropped. He'll let Doflamingo's first hit connect because of his typical arrogance and expectation that it'll pass through him. If Luffy's hits then were enough to rattle him, Doflamingo's hits now will be enough to knock him out or kill him, as they are Haki-laced and are immensely stronger/faster than Luffy's hits then.

Once again, Enel's arrogance gets the better of him.

But the longer the battle goes on, the more Enels Mantra will catch on to his string ability and could possibly tip in his favor... but Mingos Haki is just way too much of an advantage for him, it could potentially be a one hit KO given his physical strength.


There are some people you just can't beat, even with intel... like Luffy VS Alvida, even with intel it'll be the same thing.

Enel would lose high difficulty. If Doflamingo tries to control him via string Enal sends bolts of lighting through his strings to zapp Doffy like a fly. But in the end i believe Doflamingo takes this.
