While I do think it's close, and while I do admit that we haven't seen the true extent of Doflamingo's power, I think it's at least worth mentioning that while both characters were aware of the power of the other, Aokiji seemed quite sure of himself when he approached Doflamingo head on, a point which becomes even more valid when Doflamingo backed out, after having mercilessly taken out Smoker with ease just minutes before. The fact that Doflamingo's subordinates seemed so worried kind of points in the direction that Aokiji is the superior one. However, as I said, we haven't seen the Joker go all out yet, so what do I know. All in all, it'd be a close one.

aokoji is a admiral level while doflamingo is a shichibukai level so it's obvious that aokoji is stronger, i bet that dof is one of other shichibukai who'll get defeated at the end of this arc like crocodile did, ya know one piece logic

Yup plus Aokiji has incredible haki/df control considering he fought Akainu for like 10 days (even though Akainu had a "superior" DF).

To be honest I think Hie Hie no Mi > Magu Magu no Mi because he can nullify the acquatic disadvantage. AND immobilise enemies whereas Akainu has to burn them and they'd still be alive in most cases.

It wouldn't be close at all. Aokiji would mid diff him... and that's being generous.
