[Theory] Doflamingo new bounty?

What do you guys think doffy new bounty would be? I really do dig him he's in my top 5 (and 3) favorite one piece chars. He is one of the most (if not most) influential non yonko characters. He was the top underworld broker, self made king. He had a the best of both worlds as a former celestrial dragon and warlord. Also while he wasnt formally under kaido he was very important to him and was protected by him. Protected by the marines and as well as yonko at the same time (the only char to do this). Not to mention he had to be detained by the former fleet admiral current admiral and a vice admiral legend (tosru cannot spell her name)

I can go on and on but the point is as a character in one piece he was both untouchable and one of a kind. What do you think his new bounty would be?

Now this is not meant to say he is equal to jack 's level , it s just he is so dangerous to the world balance world nobles will push bounty beyond katakuri's bounty so I take it 1.2-1.3 billion berries .

Doflamingo ruled a Country, the whole underground world, a very strong pirate with a large number of subordinate (more than 2 thousand) and knows things people cant know.

His bounty, easily would be above any Yonko Commander, above 1.5 billion for sure.
