Doffy's arsenal consists of 14 named techniques so far, six of them involve heavy movement of the body. That's almost half of Doffy's arsenal being more than just "moving fingers." He's still used two of those techniques, which means there's still strain on his body, especially since one of them is in constant use.

How is flying, the ability of maneuvering your body through the air, not using the body?
How would injuries effect his ability to fly?

I don't think you understand much about how injuries effect the body or even how Doflamingo flies..

The injuries (from Law) are located on his stomach and chest area, so only that area would be effected by pain or weakened.

He uses his string ability to hang from clouds in order to fly, this is different from what Luffy and Sanji do.

Does Doflamingo use his chest or stomach while in order to fly?

The answer is no.

Does Doflamingo even necessarily need to use his arms and legs to fly?

From what we have seen no.

He flies by using his string and manipulating it, and so far in the fight he hasn't used his arms or legs once to control it, he can do it by mere thought.

So his injuries will have no effect on his ability to fly.

His most powerful and deadly abilities using the awakening require nothing but his fingers and Luffy dodged and later punched through that.

He is using his awakening abilities, these are his strongest and most deadly attacks, he is turning section so the city into string and trying to spear Luffy with it while deflecting his attacks with it. And he is doing this with nothing but his fingers and his mind, which once again aren't effected by any of his injuries from either Law or even the injuries inflicted by Luffy, as none of their attacks harmed his fingers or his ability to use them.

Regardless of the pain, it won't effect his ability to use his fingers so that hasn't been weakened in anyway.

Most of his attack that would be useful in this fight also only require his fingers to use, so his injuries won't effect that.

In fact the majority of his powerful attacks don't even need the majority of his body, he simply needs his fingers.

And even then, he was shown earlier to still be more than capable of using his upfront attacks, he just doesn't because he can't wound Luffy with them because of Gear 4 body armor and elasticity.

So like I said before, you could cut his legs off and as long as the bleeding is stopped, he could do everything he did in this chapter.

I'm a wanker because I say being close to death means being close to 0% because death=0%? Like, what exactly are you disagreeing with, that death=0% or that Doffy came close to death?
If doffy was close to zero percent luffy wouldn't need gear 4th lol you wank to the max. Not saying doffy 100% but def not 0.5%

Doflamingo's ability to fly is granted by attaching strings coming from his body to clouds. He then moves his body through the air by using his strings to pull himself in the direction he needs to go. Doflamingo is pulling his body to and fro, which means it's constantly shifting in location. If you have significant internal damage, moving your body at all is not good for it. That's why when you get into car accidents, or receive other damage that could give you internal damage, it's advised and instructed not to move any bodies. Movement of any kind can hurt the body. That's especially true when the person with the body is moving it.

We can't say for sure how much of Doffy's internal organs were damaged. Law made it sound like all of them were, which would mean kidneys, liver, pancreas, heart, lungs, etc. The organ that seems unaffected is Doffy's brain. That means Gamma Knife damaged Doffy from the waist to his stomach to his chest to his back. The body doesn't work by using just one muscle, it moves multiple muscles at once, whether directly or indirectly. For example, the simply movement of Doffy raising his arm back and swinging it forward for Overheat will cause some kind of movement in the trapezius and obliques, back and side muscles that are in Gamma Knife's area of effect. In order to perform Athlete, Doffy has to raise up his leg and push it forward. Stand up and kick forward like Doffy does for Athlete a few times. It's a predominantly lower body movement, but your upper body moves as well, which means minor movement for damaged areas. ALL movement=muscle use.

When Doflamingo coats his fist with Haki and punches Luffy, is he just moving his fingers? When Doflamingo coats his leg in Haki and kicks, is he just moving his fingers? When he's manually moving his body through the air, is he just moving his fingers? When he creates his Villainous Strings and throws them like spears, is he just moving his fingers? When Doflamingo swings for Bushikito, is he just moving his fingers? When he kicks for Athlete or Buzzsaw? When he swings his upper body in an arc for Overheat?

Doflamingo has just one technique where all he does is move his fingers: Tomaito. I know what you're trying to say, but it's not working. You're downplaying the amount of physical effort Doflamingo has to use for his arsenal when he went about 30 chapters moving his body and incorporating movement in his fighting style because of two techniques in one chapter.
