And let's say it WAS hakified lava, that means you're suggesting Akainu is able to do that. Then it is fair to assume that Aokiji is able to do the same otherwise he couldn't have fought for 10 days in a row against a stronger element.

That's what I call equal, and the fight even lasted for 10 days which wouldn't have been possible unless they were about perfectly equal.

I saw a stream of Lava making short work of a much larger plate of ice, just because it's black doesn't mean it's cooled off yet, I dare you to stick your finger into one of those bubbles. The slab of ice is lying in some kind of metal mold so it probably is only like 10cm thick and the lava reached the bottom of that plate.

Edit: it's wood not metal.

It didn't do much damage to the ice -.- And that's just regular ice.. There is no elemental advantage, it's obvious
