I think DD can beat aokiji.
REASON
Since he is the strongest of all the warlords, so he can beat mihawk who just lost to shanks by a small margin. And shanks can beat an admiral easily. So DD can also beat aokiji. And also aokiji has many injuries due to his fight with akainu, so he has become weak.

And I don't think so. U_U Aokiji was an admiral who was almost on par with Akainu, and Akainu has Magma DF. How does somebody with an Ice DF get on par with someone having the Magma DF? Power.

You're right, it's the world of Oda, not the world of Yellow Spark or the world of Hiro.
Doflamingo is not to be underestimated, i even think there is a chance he could beat Aokiji(they won't finish their fight) but you make an assumption and use more assumptions to back up that one assumption which in the end all turns invalid because they have no rationality or reason to them at all.

DD wasnt even afraid of whitebeard during the war. He was waiting for the war.
And i m not talking about the admiral who was 2 yrs ago. Now he has got many injuries and carries an ice artificial leg(read it in one of threads).

the New World. Mihawk is the strongest and DD is not admiral level, Law taunted him saying if doflamingo resignes the admiral
will hunt his @$$. Doflamingo is strong ( top 3 warlord) but even at that, i dont think any warlord can top an admiral.
