So in last week's chapter, Doffy's galsses broke and fell off. I got on NB after reading it as usually, and after reading some threads(Pun not intended lel), I had an epiphany.
For starters, we know something's wrong with Doflamingo's left eye. Either deformed,blind or holding some kind of power Thing is we haven't seen it, so it's probably a secret. Who else that we know of now has a shut left eye ? Zoro. Now what if Mihawk somehow informed Zoro when he was training him about Doflamingo and his condition ? Mihawk and Doflamingo seemingly know each other, as they're both Sichibukai. They've also met in meetings with the marines and seem to be familiar around each other. Could this be it ? What if Mihawk informed Zoro about Doflamingo's eye and then the latter decided to either "handicap" himself somehow, in order to try it out and/or prove his worth, or be ready when he faces Doffy's eye ?
I believe that Zoro's eye will only be opened in a desperate situation. Will it be here, in order to face Doflamingo and have a further role in his takedown ? Or will we have to wait until Wano ? Of course it could also be a Haki thing, but oh well. Can't be sure, so we can only speculate. What do you guys think ?
