The latest chapter made me think doflamingo either has no eyes, or really messed up eyes. Im thinkiing someone messed up his eyes when the people were crucifying his father, his brother, and him

You never see his eyes. always the glasses.

And when Oda very obviously shows him without glasses, he is in the shadows or has a book on his head.

I thought for a second he might be like a spider in a web feeling vibrations. But I remembered him watching at the tournament on a screen.

His other eye was shown when he woke up from the nightmare and it looks normal so no, his eyes aren't messed up. Oda is just waiting for the right time to reveal them.

We kinda already know what he will look like though. Just look at Corazon's eyes. DD most likely looks the same.

I think it's his. I assumed after reading this chapter that he was just blind in one eye.

No it's immediately by the grey styled flashback. We then have DD panting as well as the ringing going on between the crying DD and the next panel.

Also, DD was able to read Corazon's paper slip saying enemy and then the following one that's off panel.

His eyes are fine, or at least one is.
