Haki prevails everything but in impel down doffy will be in sea prism.

Well in two years time skip I am sure Magallan have become even more stronger.Also he was head of Impel down for a reason.
Also how many times doffy can stop his dragons because doffy don't have ivankov to help.Also not a body like luffy.
