When people get very technical with the manga. For example when Kishi shows something new like Naruto's speed and compares it to a yellow flash. Then maybe someone dodges Naruto and they'll say something like well he is as fast as naruto to do that and they put up a frame. Kishi is going to make some errors using that plot no jutsu all the time... damm people... chill out BELEIVE IT!

I just read someone saying Gaara's sand is faster than Raikage because it got in the way of Sasuke and him. That was just plot no jutsu.
