It is funny how Orochimaru has no dojutsu but his intimidating aura and perception skills with his eyes are off the charts

I agree, compared to all the doujutsu patterns so far the Jougan's look is the most sinister imo.

Jougan is the least intimidating among Dojutsu. Rinnegan's far better in intimidation. Jogan just doesn't look natural. It looks like a mechanical implant in one's eye through technology.
