We have seen on the manga that Sasuke genjutsu is weak and it didn't work on Bee why would it work on Naruto?

It easy to see that amateratsu won't work on naruto since he's too fast and Sasuke can't stay in Susano all the time since his chakra would ran out, not to mentioned that naruto can just pull him out with the chakra arms.

Another thing sound genjutsu> Susano, and naruto could summon Pa & Ma for this.

So maybe YOU should re read the manga without your sharingan contact lenses.

Amaterasu is different from Blaze release,it takes five seconds to make one Amaterasu but it takes one second to make ten Blaze release.
