Unfortunaly that's specific to mugen tsukuyomi since sasuke has the same eye as the juubi/shinju/third eye
Juubi was forced to close his eye and its eye can perform mugen tsukuyomi, sasuke cannot block sunlight/alliance jutsu/seven tails jutsu as they have nothing to do with his eye

No. This may be the Light of the Mugen. But its Light that pases even thru shadows and everything that is. Sasuke can easily Block* the light of the Seven Tails. Even Killers B's Glasses Blocked it.

Well that's assuming Naruto can use the jutsu and that Sasuke knows Naruto have it, if Sasuke doesn't know then Sasunoo being able to block it is useless since Sasuke isn't constantly in Susanoo since it takes too much chakra.

Not really, Sasuke would need knowledge of the jutsu or else he wouldn't prepare Susanoo. The moment Naruto uses the jutsu would be too late on Sasuke part because Sasuke isn't always in his Susanoo, it cost chakra that Sasuke doesn't have to waste.

I think it would be funny if Naruto squirted ink on Susanoo to prevent Sasuke from seeing him unless he takes Susanoo down haha

Lol. Sasuke doesn't need Knowlegde. Is Susano can be activated in Seconds. Even be Countered it No difficulitus
