That barrel and whirlpool from like chapter 2 set the whole plot in motion. If that whirlpool hadnt been there You know how maybe people would have died.!?!?
If the barrel/Whirlpool weren't there Luffy wouldn't have met coby.
Coby wouldn't have led luffy to Zoro.
Zoro would have been executed as planned. zoro dies
Helmpo and Morgan are still douches And Garp never gets introduced because he was introduced to capture Morgan
Without Zoro saving luffy in that cage Orange town would have been dead and so would have nami... Nami is ead Luffy might have died but he's luffy so he might have lived
Without nami leading them to Syrup village Kuro's plan succeeds and Kaya and the other butlers die. Usopp still hangs out as his cliff so he still tries to stop them So Usopp is dead
Without Zoro Nami and Usopp luffy tries to goto baritie and Mihawk is unamuzed and wipes out everyone Sanji is dead
Luffy Crashes and fails to enter the grand line with his little dingy and then IF by a small miraculous chance he gets to twin capes he Is stuck there with no navigator. And probably gets merked by The bounty hunters while he sleeps at whisky peak. Or you know survives and then has to stop Crocodile by himself
Chopper Dies because without Nami Luffy doesnt go looking for Drum Island and Chopper cant beat Wapool By himself. And then Drum Island and most of his inhabitants Die trying to rebel Chopper dead. 1 nation wiped out
Without Sanji finding the post He spends a year on the Big Ole' Little Garden

Alabasta gets wrecked. All His Crew So Far Dead and 2 nations wiped out.
Robin dies trying to resist crocdile and luffy doesnt save her Robins dead
Skypiea Gets Wrecked as well cause no rubber saviors Whole Crew Dead 2 nations 1 entire sea wiped out of existence.
Franky gets taken away by the Cp9 and no one saves him and his goons try to save him and they die.
Franky is in eternal hell and Franky family is dead. Iceburg is dead too.
Water seven cant function without Ice burg and the size of that Aqualaguna and all the choas of a mayor getting offed. They might not function for a while so that shuts down a trade industry.
Brook stays in the shadows on account of luffy not being able to navigate to find him Brook is enternally alone
Gekko memoria has an entire year to gather up more zombie solders so yea... He is still a thing
Ace and the war effort goto hell because Luffy didnt break out of impel down all the forces White beard pirates are dead.
When black beard breaks into impel down but shiliew doesnt save him so The blackbeard pirates are dead
Keimi gets eaten and the life colored rose riders arent a thing anymore because Sanji died a long time ago.
THEN LUFFFY FINALLY GETS OUT OF LITTLE GARDEN ALL THE WAY BACK AT THE START
