No but it does amplify the users ninjutsu techniques, specifically medical ninjutsu.

Yes it amplifies her shunshin and leaping power, which is one aspect of speed. It also increases her power which would mean the strength of her limbs. I don't think it increases her reaction speed. No but it does amplify the users ninjutsu techniques, specifically medical ninjutsu.

(1) Sakura was able to transfer her seal onto Obito's entire body in order to transfer chakra to aid his teleportation technique. (2) Sakura can channel her chakra through Katsuyu which allows her to heal thousands at once.
She used her seal and its chakra in both of those examples.
2. Same as above but the healing was done by katsuyu not by sakura herself,
if naruto had channeled his chakra to katsuyu maybe the whole of army could have gotten to full health.
1. Naruto was also able to transfer his chakra when Granny chiyo was trying to revive Gaara and that doesnt have anything to do with healing techs.

OT: It looks the same to me, but her chakra levels might have increased given how she healed a lot of people in the war arc and had enough chakra to transfer it to Obito.
