Super Saiyan Third Grade far surpasses the power of a Super Saiyan Second Grade, though doesn't appear much faster, if at all.

But in Sakura case we know his Yin seal chakra release is mean for amplifying her strength more than the other attributes/aspects. But chakra release not turning her into bulky state.

Strength not just mean for striking/lifting purpose only, speed also have its own strength value. Let say chakra release let Sakura to channel some of the chakra into her leg, it can help in amplify her speed.

I think her speed still get a boost from the release but not as much as her striking/lifting strength.

Yes it amplifies her shunshin and leaping power, which is one aspect of speed. It also increases her power which would mean the strength of her limbs. I don't think it increases her reaction speed.

Katsuya spread out to heal/regenerate ones companions remotely. Basically what we already know Katsuya splits and than allows Tsunade/Sakura to heal her friends remotely.

Part of the three way dead lock, Shikkotsurin's Katsuya, is summoned to the battle front.

(1) you need to have the yin seal to remotely heal through Katsuyu.
