Maybe if you watch more animes (free, online) will make you realize how much you like 'em, and so making you want to support the author/studio by watching it legally and pay for it.

I want to do that, but where I live its impossible.

Watching on Crunchyroll gives the makers money because CR buys the rights to them and pays the creators money. Like Netflix.

I'm a premium paying member of CR myself and it feels good to support the anime industry from overseas, I just wish CR had more shows and did more for it's UK members. Thinking of unsubscribing.

its usually aired on TV anyway, thus they receive their revenue via that

however things like Hulu and crunchyroll pay the studios set fees depending on schedules and quantity.

If you want to support the product itself, by merchandise, the actual manga that it gets it source material etc etc

I knew it Lol, But you still can help the manga by buying the manga volume :hint:

I used to buy it from net (a guy on net buy the volumes and then sells them with same price )
Waaa ?

I never heard about that o.o

Other sites like animefreak don't help at all really, if anything that's stealing anime. CR is pretty supportive of the creators though and it does actually fund them through the bit of research I did.

Yeah, it's good to support the things that make you happy. I also buy a Viz manga release every now and then, specifically when I go on holiday or a Kabuto one that I buy more as a reference book for debating if anything aha

I really do want to help and obtain manga/anime legally, but I can't do so where i live, that's the problem.

Nope. What you watch online is stolen work. The only way to help the authors is by buying manga or DVDs. u.u
