Does V2 Jubidara now possess Byakugan?

If he now has to power of Kaguya and the tree itself then does this also mean that he has hall of her abilities? He did state that he had both powers of the sage and from what we have seen he has absorbed or inherited Kaguyas power through the artificial means of the tree.

Kaguya had the byakugan but she gained the juubi's eye so it's more likely that she used that eye instead of her weaker ones.

She didn't become a god until she ate the fruit which is my point, her byakugan is minuscule in comparison to her juubi eye.

The juubi's eye was what made her extremely powerful, not the byakugan. Therefore madara gaining the byakugan would be a downgrade because the juubi's eye is the only superior dojutsu to the rinnegan, ergo the only relevant one.
