[Discussion] Does uchiha shisui lied to itachi??

In naruto 590, uchiha shisui said to itachi that danzo stole my right eye only. In naruto 459 we see that danzo with shisui's right eye and also with shisui's right shoulder and arm. on that shisui's right arm danzo implanted many sharingans and used izanagi. In naruto 590 we see shisui with his right shoulder and arm. So why shisui not mention anything about his right shoulder and arm to itachi? So shisui lied to itachi???
