does Two uchiha makes one indira......?

It seems that when two brother uchiha's power mixed up they got full of indira...
facts:
1. madara could not crack uchiha stone before his brother death....
2. itachi who was not indira rebirth can read little stone and after ms some more....
3. after itachi death sasuke got ems and also can understand more of uchiha stone.....
What do you guys think...
