Does Tsukuyomi work on an MS/EMS user???!!!!

Does Tsukuyomi work on an MS/EMS user.

If not, why are ppl saying it'll work on the Rinnegan if the Rinnegan is the next step to the EMS?

well remember when kabuto used tayuyas sound genjutsu on sasuke and itachi, itachi used tsukyomi on sasuke which has EMS so i guess it does work.

It works.It depends on the skill of the person on whom it is used to break out of it.Same for all gejutsu.

Itachi's Tsukuyomi can only be broken out of by someone with the same blood as itachi, meaning only sasuke could break out of his.

Yes it does but the other MS/EMS user could break out of it with less effort than a person without the MS/EMS.

well tsukuyomi would work because PA and MA frog song worked on the rinnegan , Tsukuyomi is a better genjutsu then the Toad Genjutsu

as you said uchiha madara 01 the rinnegan is above EMS/MS
