True, but isn't it possible that you can control Kurama with 3tomoe if you have senju dna? I believe Tobi stated he had senju dna during his fight with Konan.

Tobi has Senju DNA, but where does it state that you only need a 3 tomoe Sharingan to control the Kyuubi if you have Senjus DNA?

I think it's pretty clear that when Sasuke ask Itachi who the 3rd MS User is, he answered -Uchiha Madara. He was referring to Tobi that time who was his teacher, mentor & the one who assisted him to annihilate the rest of the Uchiha Clan members.

If Kishi showed us Tobi's MS, the mystery of Tobi would be over because every MS user has a unique MS. So to keep to mystery going, Kishi has been hiding Tobi's MS IMO. This page especially highlights Kishi hiding Tobi's MS when he uses his s/t tech:

Thanks for the pages I can conclude that the pupil was just dilating now, but just cause he didn't use it then doesn't mean he doesn't have it. Would just seem weird if he only has 3 tomoe right?
