look at the foxes eye. The transition before the 3 tomoe sharingan its pattern was diffrent. Im not sure if im right but i heard that when an uchiha deactivates their sharingan It transitions from the highest to the lowest. So it goes from MS , 3 tomoi .... In tobis case we only got to see half a sec of the transition from MS > 3 tomoe

He could possibly have an MS, but EMS? Unlikely.

Who knows? ( If he had MS btw ) if he could use a gen jutsu that powerful to control the 9 tails with no drawbacks with no draw backs as in bleeding eye, slow movements pain or blindness. He was maintaining his control over the fox while fighting Minato at the same time

Tobi has all the eyes from the uchiha slaughter and more ... He has probably been collection eyes since madara's death

who said the the 3 tomeo sharingan have to change shape between upgrades maybe tobi is one of those who stole the eyes of obito except for the right one kakashi has that one but since his ability is simular to kamui would it stand to logic since its so simular that he may have obito's left eye.

I think Tobi has MS..... We didn't saw it yet, because he only uses it when he is travelling to his own dimension. And probably has the same design as Kakashis Sharingan (Obito sharingan).

I think that the power of his Ms has the capability to travel to his own dimension. I think whenever he is using teleportation, first he travels to his own dimension that he can control and then he can come back to a normal dimension and choose his exit point.

Thats why looks like he is using teleportation techniques, but in fact he is probably not using at all.
