does tobi have kamui or not

was the point of this chapter to say that the one jutsu tobi had was kamui or does tobi not have kamui?

Kakashi figured it out. It's all one jutsu. So no kumui for tobi.

There not the same technique and i don't think Tobi has kamui there just very similar like how ms users gain abilities similar to one another or abilities that compliment each other.

Example Itachi has Amaterasu - Sasuke had to ability to manipulate it better as Itachi said every technique has a weakness maybe Kamui is Tobi's S/T's weakness just some food for thought.
